www.fedex.com service which offers tracking service and call ahead delivery confirmation.
They will deliver “curbside” delivery and will bring merchandise up to the front door or a garage area.
- Delivery Agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment (Mon-Fri Only)
- You will have a tracking # for your shipment to keep track of its location
- Driver will offload your item to the curb at end of your driveway.
- It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
- If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
- Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
- Package will be double boxed and may arrive on a pallet.
- They will “NOT” take merchandise inside a house, or setup the furniture.

The Contiguous United States are the 48 U.S. states on the continent of North America that are south of Canada.
If you live in the Carribbean, and want to export your furniture from Miami, FL to the island that your property is on, please call us for the best pricing as you would be responsible for arrange the shipping with an export company. We would deliver the goods to the company of your choice.
